A long time ago, a lady approaches the counter, and she complains about losing money in several vending machines.  This money was for her snack.  While explaining, discussing, she introduces herself, and found out she is an English teacher.  Moreover, she was traveling and visiting a neighboring island where I am from.   I recommended, a caesar salad for her snack money, and fresh apple pie a la mode.  She was very happy and gave me generous tip.  She teaches at one of the prestigious university in the Pacific Northwest.  Many occasions, I  see her at events, volunteering and helping disabled and special need students.  A Bravo to the compassionate teacher.
