Dream  is very mysterious and mystical, sometimes we experience in reality or in our imagination.  The word dream, takes us to the heaven,  cosmic avenues Startrek voyager to the universe, the moon 🌕 ,  Saturn,🪐 , Jupiter. When human travel to the heaven , it shows a reality of Saturn and the moon .  Human is like the Avatars,  they stand for the ocean to keep as blue as possible, and the heaven as blue as they can.  The sun and the earth evolve into a green planet trees.  Our imaginary brain and impulses/ neurons takes us to places, dimensions in the vast universe. 

Science & Dreams 

Circadian rhythms: earth rotation/ spins which is daily cycle of daylights and night.  The schedule of the body clock that regulates temperature and blood flow.  Scientists (Randy Gardner, Sigmund Freud) describe dream as an emotional fulfillment, enlightenment.  Studies show that students who study at night, and during REM dream, score higher, because of dream recollection.  They think of the dream and imagination.  Pilot travels across the heaven/sky ,  needs 10 hours of sleep, to avoid vertigo and regulate blood flow.

Human body spends 25% REM sleep ( rapid eye movement) , and 75% non REM sleep.  Children read a fantasy book before bed, like twinkle little star ⭐️, in the hope of finding Santa Claus in their dream.  A songs can interpret and relate to a dream and story of millions people on the planet.  Keep the  dream alive. 

Universe /dream

Sleep is universal in all human being, and in sleep human dreams of everything.  The dream and illusions are sketch and brings to light a beautiful imagination.  In many cultures these dreams are sacred.
