During La Niña cycle in the largest Pacific, Western hemisphere experiences cooler temperature. Eastern Hemisphere experiences extreme monsoon. 2025 has been having more frequent extreme weather. La Niña and El Niño affect 2/3 of world ocean, world weather.
Marine communities follow currents. Some places in the Pacific Ocean experience scarcity of marine communities, because of changes in the ocean, and as a result birds change direction as well.
In particular, tropical regions are losing many birds species because of extreme weather, strong wind in the Pacific and Atlantic ( typhoon& storms) . Birds, rely on marine communities for their long journey. However, during La Niña cycle causes some area in the Pacific and Atlantic suffer scarcity of marine resources, thus affecting birds population and migration. Moreover, pollination decreases in cooler area, because of early winter. Birds have a natural compass that allows them to follow directions of the sun ( earth revolution).
