Road map to fix and repair land surface infrastructure, ocean infrastructure in regions that suffer devastating floods and prolonged drought. Earth revolution, air pressure ( lows and highs), trade wind, easterlies, westerlies., sea surface temperature, intimately affect the weather.
East Pacific Ocean is the hottest (Asian continent), high pressure in tropical regions. The heat brings destructive cyclones, typhoons, and torrential rains that lead to floods. La Niña in the Pacific affects 2/3 of the world’s oceans. Pacific Rims, and Indian Ocean have the most active volcanoes ( Ring of Fire), earthquakes. La Niña starts brewing in late summer and early fall; high pressure (tropical and subtropical) brings flooding rain. Pacific islands ( high pressure) experience devastating storms and floods. Monsoon is from July to September. 2025 has a record-breaking monsoon flood in the Pacific.
Atlantic coast has many desert regions, the largest being the Sahara (descending air reduces rain flow), which extends to the Middle East, Namib Desert, Arctic, and Chihuahuan Desert. These desert regions are affected by dry spells during the La Niña period.
Pollution in coastal areas increases temperatures in oceans, particularly in tropical regions where there are more sunny days per year. Tropical regions are the biggest supply chain, the largest in the Pacific. Infrastructure needs improvement to balance hydrological systems (periodic rainfall, land surface temperature, and ocean temperature). Pacific coastlines’ infrastructure must cool down ocean temperatures. Forest infrastructure on land surfaces in tropical regions will help cool down cities and improve community health.
Tropical and subtropical cities on coastal areas need to be more careful and keep ocean health stable in good normal temperature.

Note: Although, meteorologists predicted a weak La Niña, it has a significant impact on climate.
clouds/ precipitation is extremely important on the planet. Wind moves Clouds in the atmosphere ( sky). Torah’s whispers, sometimes whistles through clouds brings rain.
