In the next 10 years water will be the most vital resource everywhere, in particular traveling long distance. In the Tropic of Cancer, many rivers are suffering, and drying out from pollution ( nonpotable). Many large developed cities are in the Tropic of Cancer, there are highways and bridges over rivers. Deltas are busy areas, because fish crossing River are vital for fisherman and other wildlife.
Climate change has changed infrastructure in many vulnerable parts around the world. Rivers are the most important resource on the planet.
