
Spaghetti sauce is a very delicious and succulent when use ripe tomatoes. Roma Tomatoes in the Mediterranean is best during summer season, and fresh herbs. Tomato sauce welcome diverse vegetables that makes it very tasty. Aubergine, yellow zucchini, fresh parsley and fresh thyme are great additions to spaghetti sauce.
In the tropical climate, tomato is abundant, and brinjelle( smaller aubergine). Tropical Gourgette, thyme, and pepper flakes are a good to have in the pantry. A cup of red Burgundy enhanced the sweetness of ripe tomatoes and tropical gourgette.
