Marlin journey in the southern hemisphere

Southern hemisphere enters in the summer, and the Blue Marlin continues its journey to the Indian Ocean region, northernmost of the southern ocean. School of Marlin travel from South Carolina Atlantic Ocean to reach to the Mascareigne islands archipelago in the Indian Ocean. Marlin is found in tropical seas in the tropical archipelago Hawaii, Reunion, Chagos, Mauritius.

Purpose of marlin Blue & black Marlin travel long distance in the ocean from Atlantic to Indian Ocean every rainy season. Tropical fishes follow the ocean currents from west to east. Their arrival in the archipelago islands means the rain season is near. Lack of Marlin in the ocean shows signs of drought. Tropical fishes like Marlin prosper in high precipitation environments such as islands archipelago.
